Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure project completion with quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete site execution and progress
- Plan and schedule construction activities
- Manage junior engineers and site staff
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor project costs and control material wastage
- Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare reports, billing, and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–8 years of relevant site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Good understanding of BOQs, billing, and planning
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
