Key Responsibilities:

- Issuing & Checking of Pre Qualification Criteria of Vendor befores inviting Quote.
- Preparation of Tender documents of all disciplines.
- Floating of Enquiries / RFP's / tenders from the contractors / vendors.
- Conducting pre-bid meetings, Preparation of clarification notes on bidder’s queries
- Techno-commercial negotiations, Evaluation of Quotes received, Ensuring the completeness and correctness of Tender documents received from the contractor, Ensuring statutory compliances by the contractor as per the conditions of the Tender.
- Preparation of Comparative of the Tenders received by taking into considerations of budget provisions, past rates of same nature of work/similar items, rate analysis, etc
- Preparation of Tender Evaluation Report for the management approval.
- Rate finalization of non-tendered items claims submitted by the Contractor.
- Maintain & update Vender database
- Audit Compliances for Internal & External Audits

Qualification: B.E-Civil/Diploma
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
