Navin Hero is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer engagement at our two-wheeler Ranipet showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom sales operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Handle walk-in customers and follow up on leads
- Ensure excellent customer service and support
- Coordinate with the service and finance team
- Track performance metrics and generate reports
- Develop local marketing and sales strategies
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales (Automobile/Two-wheeler preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Two-wheeler license preferred
- 2 wheeler knowledge of Ranipet Market is preferred
