We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accessories Manager / Accessories In-Charge to lead our vehicle accessories operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete accessories department and daily operations.
- Promote and sell genuine Mahindra accessories.
- Coordinate accessory fitment with the service team.
- Maintain inventory, stock planning, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely ordering and availability of accessories.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and product recommendations.
- Prepare reports and monitor department performance.

Eligibility

- Experience in Automobile Accessories is mandatory.




- Previous experience in a dealership will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, inventory management, and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
