About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in real estate, property management, client relationships, and portfolio analysis. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and monitoring a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Support property acquisition, leasing, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, developers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and portfolio performance reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving tenant or client queries professionally.
- Monitor lease renewals, occupancy, and property performance.




- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market developments.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in real estate is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
