Your Role

You will work directly with Dr. Honey Makhija as the:

- AI Video Editor
- Full-Time Cameraperson
- Personal Brand Manager
- PR & Distribution Strategist
- Content Operations Manager
- Social Media Growth Lead

You will own the complete content lifecycle—from recording to editing, publishing, distribution, analytics, and growth.





Key Responsibilities1. Daily Videography

Accompany Dr. Honey Makhija throughout the day and document:

- Business meetings
- Factory operations
- Office work
- Entrepreneurial decision-making
- Travel
- Public speaking
- Events
- Team meetings
- Product launches
- Lifestyle content
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Book writing sessions
- Business strategy discussions

Working hours are generally 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), with flexibility required during travel, events, or major business activities.

2. AI Video Editing

Create engaging content using AI-powered workflows and professional editing software for:

- YouTube Videos
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)

You should understand:

- AI video editing
- Viral storytelling
- Motion graphics
- Colour grading
- Audio enhancement
- Hook creation
- Retention editing
- Caption generation
- Thumbnail optimisation
- Long-form and short-form editing

3. PR & Distribution Strategy

Editing great content is only half the job.

The other half is ensuring it reaches millions.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing content distribution strategies
- Building relationships with creators and media pages
- Planning collaborations
- Creating viral campaigns
- Suggesting PR opportunities
- Monitoring platform algorithms
- Improving discoverability
- Building audience growth strategies
- Analysing content performance
- Continuously improving reach and engagement

4. Lead a Network of 500 Reel Editors

You will manage a distributed network of approximately 500 freelance Instagram Reel editors.

Responsibilities include:

- Assigning editing work
- Creating editing SOPs
- Quality control
- Reviewing outputs
- Managing deadlines
- Training editors
- Standardising editing styles
- Building scalable workflows using AI
- Improving overall productivity

Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.

5. Social Media Management

Manage content across all major social platforms.

Responsibilities include:

- Uploading videos
- Scheduling posts
- Writing captions
- Publishing Reels and Shorts
- Managing hashtags
- Creating thumbnails
- Organising content
- Monitoring analytics
- Improving engagement
- Maintaining consistency across all platforms

6. Camera & Production

Operate and manage:

- DSLR Cameras




- Mirrorless Cameras
- Smartphones
- Gimbals
- Professional microphones
- Lighting equipment

Qualified equipment will be provided by the company whenever required.
