About the Role

Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced PGT Physics to teach Senior Secondary (Classes 9, 10, 11, 12) students under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, innovative teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students towards academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and daily lesson plans.
- Conduct practical sessions and ensure proper maintenance of the Physics laboratory.
- Design and evaluate assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide remedial support where required.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET) wherever applicable.
- Integrate ICT tools, smart classroom technology, and activity-based learning into teaching.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Participate in school functions, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.




- Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualification (preferred, if applicable).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional academic credentials may also apply.

Required Skills

- Solid conceptual knowledge of Physics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart boards.
- Student-centric approach with strong mentoring abilities.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
