Job Description Responsibilities: • Design & Development: o Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives. o Design development from concept design to working drawing incorporating services like MEP structure, etc o Create detailed architectural drawings, plans • Technical Documentation & Compliance: o Produce comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details. o Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations. o Prepare and submit permit applications. • Project Coordination & Management: o Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
o Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. o Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. • Client Interaction: o Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations. o Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates. Qualification B.Arch Experience 5+ years Skills AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
