1. Responsible for training, supervising and managing a team of Credit Analysts under a Branch.
2. Responsible for understanding the products on offer and educating the team under him/her.
3. Responsible for understanding the business dynamics of a specific geography as well as the customer/business segments.
4. Responsible for identifying any underlying triggers across a location/product/customer and taking countermeasures to control such risks or identify opportunities.
5. Responsible for decisioning of applications pitched by team or/and Accountable for verifying, preparing and pitching proposals as per credit guidelines specific to the product/geography as detailed by policy.

Managing the agencies that may be involved in assessing various risks related to the loan application.
7. Managing performance of team and Ensuring productivity and adherence of TAT/timelines.
8. Analyzing early stage performance of contracts disbursed post approval.
9. Responsible for ensuring quality of pre and post disbursal documents.
10. Managing the portfolio quality.
Job Description
- Credit decisioning of Retail Asset loan applications from a branch. This will include conducting and managing a team of analysts engaged in Credit analysis as per policy and program, personal verification, risk assessment and preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum to facilitate credit decision on loan applications.
