The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for managing the organization's workforce by recruiting, developing, supporting, and retaining employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Sweet Shops, Bakeries, Restaurants, Hotels, Retail Showrooms, Garment Stores, Textile Shops, or similar industries is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select suitable candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support career development.
- Plan manpower requirements and workforce allocation.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
- Support statutory, customer, and internal audits.
- Manage exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
