- Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same.
- Ensure business growth and sales volume.
- Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget.
- Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship.
- Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region.
- Managing dealer and distributor network.
- Expansion of the dealer & distribution network.
- Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region.
- Ensuring price & credit control.
- Develop & recruit a robust technically qualified sales force across the region.
- Optimum utilization of resources & cost management.
- Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition.
