Strategic Network and Security Program Oversight:
Drive the vision and roadmap for secure and scalable enterprise network architecture integrating Cisco RandS, WLAN, ISE, and ASA Firewall technologies aligned to business objectives and compliance mandates.

Cross-Platform Security Architecture and Governance:
Lead the governance of access control and segmentation strategies (e.g., TrustSec, NAC, WLAN policy enforcement) and ensure integration of security across data, identity, and network layers.

Operational Excellence and SLA Delivery:
Establish delivery frameworks, metrics, and processes for incident response, change control,



and capacity planning to ensure service reliability and operational excellence across multi-domain Cisco environments.

Stakeholder Management and Technical Leadership:
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborate with OEMs (Cisco TAC, Partners), manage stakeholder expectations, and guide SME/Admin teams through proactive mentorship and delivery assurance.

Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1�L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Oversees financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization within delivery units, ensuring effective utilization, sustained profitability, and consistent service excellence.
