. Design Conceptualization and Development:

- Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and functional design concepts.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design ideas.
- Space Planning and Layout Design:
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Optimize space utilization while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Production Detailing:
- Prepare comprehensive production detailing drawings that include measurements, material specifications, and technical requirements for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs for manufacturing.
- Develop detailed working drawings for custom-made furniture and other interior elements.
- Cutting List Preparation:
- Create accurate cutting lists for materials such as wood, metal, glass, and other components used in interior projects.
- Ensure that the cutting lists are optimized for minimal material waste and efficient production.
- Work closely with production and procurement teams to source and verify materials.
- Material Selection and Specification:
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and textures in line with the design concept.
- Prepare material specification documents for suppliers and contractors.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation aligns with production and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges related to design execution.
- Project Budgeting and Estimation:
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates, including material, labor, and installation costs.
- Work within the project budget to select materials and design elements that meet financial constraints.
- Quality Control and Supervision:
- Oversee the quality of materials and workmanship during the production and installation phases.
- Ensure that designs are executed according to the approved plans and specifications.
- Client Communication and Presentations:
- Present design ideas and project progress to clients, incorporating feedback into the design process.
- Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their vision is maintained throughout the project.
- Sustainability and Innovation:
- Incorporate sustainable design practices, including energy-efficient materials and eco-friendly solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to integrate innovative design solutions.
