We're Hiring: Sales Executive Farm Investment & Plantation Projects

Location: Delhi

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team and successfully drive our ongoing Farm Investment & Plantation Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective investors.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment requirements.
- Explain the plantation and farm investment model to prospective clients.
- Conduct online and offline presentations, seminars, and site visits.
- Organize customer visits to project locations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with investors, farmers, dealers, distributors, and agricultural partners.
- Promote plantation products and intercropping solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for seamless customer onboarding and project execution.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, investor meets, and promotional events.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales, Farm Investment, Plantation Sales, Real Estate, Wealth Management, Banking, Luxury Sales, Agri Inputs, Agri Business, or Hospitality Membership Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi and nearby regions for client meetings and site visits.
