- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with all assigned leads and maintain regular communication until the admission process is completed.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and batch schedules to prospective students.
- Counsel students and help them choose the most suitable trading program based on their goals.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding new enquiries and lead quality.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Team Leader or Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars,



seminars, and educational events organized by the academy.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all courses, offers, and admission procedures.
- Ensure timely follow-up with pending enquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical business practices at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational revenue goals.
- Attend daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance review meetings.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management related to business development and student admissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
