We're Hiring | MIS Executive | Pune

Are you passionate about data, reporting, and business analytics? Join CFOSME as an MIS Executive and play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and timely MIS reports that support business decision-making.

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Extract data from Tally, Zoho, ERP, CRM, bank statements, and payroll systems.
- Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Calculate and maintain KPI trackers and performance metrics.
- Prepare trend sheets, dashboards, charts, and visual reports.
- Update MIS templates and compile monthly MIS reports.
- Identify data anomalies and highlight them for Business Analyst review.
- Use AI tools to validate reports and improve data accuracy.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.




- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
