Job Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence

· Conduct market research to identify new application areas, target markets, and emerging trends (e.g., green chemicals, specialty additives).

· Analyze competitor offerings, pricing dynamics, and market gaps to establish effective go-to-market strategies.

Product Positioning & Technical Support

· Translate highly technical chemical specifications into compelling marketing collateral, case studies, and digital campaigns.

· Collaborate closely with R&D;, production, and regulatory teams to ensure product messaging aligns with compliance standards (e.g., REACH, RoHS, GMP).

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

· Develop and execute multichannel B2B campaigns targeting industries like pharmaceuticals, agriculture, textiles, or manufacturing.

· Provide the sales team with technical presentations, sample development kits, and competitor battle cards to drive conversion rates.

Customer Engagement & Brand Visibility





· Manage customer relationship initiatives, including Key Account engagement and feedback surveys.

· Represent the company at industry tradeshows, conferences, and technical symposiums to build brand authority.

Essential Qualifications

· Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science is typically required. An MBA in Marketing or International Business is highly preferred.

· Experience: 3+ years of B2B marketing or sales experience specifically within the chemical, petrochemical, or specialty chemical sectors.

· Technical Acumen: Ability to understand chemical manufacturing processes, formulations, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
