We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to provide on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our clients. The ideal candidate should have robust technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment or services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide training and guidance to clients on proper equipment use
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and issues resolved
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts, replacements, and technical support
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Requirements
- BSc or Diploma in Electronics or related field
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in different locations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)
- Personal means of transport (bike/scooter) preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
