An Export-Import Manager oversees global shipping operations, legal compliance, and vendor contracts. Key duties include managing international logistics, ensuring customs regulations are met and handling trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day import and export supply chain operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and trade regulations.
- Negotiate shipping and freight rates with carriers and brokers.
- Handle international trade documents, licenses, and letters of credit.
- Resolve shipment delays and customs clearance blocks.
- Import Management: Manage the complete import process from purchase order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- International Procurement: Source materials, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas vendors, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Customs Clearance: Coordinate with CHAs and freight forwarders; manage documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)



and ensure timely payment of duties and taxes.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records; ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and GST regulations.
- Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Optimize freight costs and track shipments via shipping lines and transporters.
- Cost Management: Analyze import costs (freight, duty, insurance) and prepare MIS reports.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Proven work experience in international trade or logistics.
- Deep knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs documentation.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
