Role Overview

We are looking for a Solar Operations Manager to handle end-to-end operations of solar EPC projects, including material management, warehouse control, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for smooth execution, delivery, and operational control of both B2B and B2C projects.

Preference will be given to ex-servicemen candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

- Oversee daily solar EPC operations and project execution
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of solar systems
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams

Material & Warehouse Management

- Manage solar product inventory and warehouse operations
- Ensure proper storage, tracking, and dispatch of materials
- Monitor inward and outward material movement

Logistics & Delivery

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Coordinate with vendors and transport teams
- Avoid delays and manage supply chain efficiently

Team Management

- Handle and control field staff, technicians, and supervisors
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Maintain discipline and operational efficiency

Business Coordination (B2B & B2C)

- Support business development and project execution
- Coordinate with clients for smooth project delivery
- Assist in developing operational strategies to grow business





Process & Reporting

- Maintain records of materials, operations, and project progress
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company processes and safety standards

Candidate Profile

- Graduate (Engineering preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in Solar / EPC / Operations / Warehouse Management
- Robust experience in material handling and team management
- Knowledge of solar products and project execution is an added advantage
- Ability to handle both field and backend operations

Compensation

- As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
