Going to School is looking for enthusiastic and committed Enterprise Associates to work directly with young people, helping them develop business ideas into business plans through the Youth Venture Fund programme.

This is a field-based role that involves regular travel to schools and communities, mentoring young entrepreneurs, collecting programme data, and supporting reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor young people in developing business ideas and business plans.
- Support the submission of 50 business plans every 60 days as part of your team targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain solid relationships with participants.
- Collect photographs, videos, field stories, and programme documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and Salesforce.
- Prepare monthly funder reports (PowerPoint) and contribute to quarterly and annual reports.




- Communicate regularly through email and ensure timely submission of reports.

Requirements

- Fluency in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Strong written English skills for reports and email communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to write authentic reports and field stories based on actual observations.
