About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Sales Manager with experience in the interior design or real estate industry. The role involves handling high-value clients, converting leads into projects, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales process for interior design projects (residential & commercial).
- Convert qualified leads into successful closures through consultations and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and align them with design solutions.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track leads using CRM systems.
- Upsell and cross-sell design services, materials, and premium solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interior sales / real estate / luxury sales.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and costing.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Client-handling experience with premium or luxury segment preferred.
