Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Head to lead procurement activities for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and ensuring the timely availability of construction materials while maintaining quality and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and project-related services.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and approve RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and store teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.




- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Track market trends, material prices, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor procurement budgets and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Resolve vendor disputes and ensure timely payment coordination.
