Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Handle catalog creation, SKU mapping, category corrections, and listing quality.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs.
- Process daily orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and festive offers.
- Manage marketplace advertisements (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Track account health, customer ratings, and seller performance metrics.
- Analyze sales reports, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates,



and revenue.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and seller panels.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
