Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple departments.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Create and maintain Excel trackers and automated reports.
- Support HR, Sales, Operations, and Management with ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather and verify data.




- Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Charts).
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Excel Macros is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BA, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or similar roles is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,562.34 per month
