We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, grow our online community, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Grow brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and values.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Employment Type: Full-time
