To manage and coordinate all Sales & Marketing Administration activities for domestic and export customers, ensuring timely order processing, production planning, customer communication, invoicing, dispatch coordination, payment follow-up, and MIS reporting.

Export Sales Order Management

Receive and review customer purchase orders.

Verify part numbers, pricing and order specifications.

Coordinate delivery schedules with Production and Purchase teams.

Communicate shipment schedules to customers.

Prepare and issue order confirmations.

Production Planning & Dispatch Coordination

Release production plans.

Monitor production progress and schedules.

Keep customers informed.

Ensure timely dispatch.

Export Documentation & Invoicing

Prepare invoices and export documents.

Coordinate shipping documentation.





Follow up with logistics agents.

Obtain Bills of Lading and delivery proof.

Domestic Sales Order Processing

Obtain customer schedules.

Release production plans.

Generate invoices.

Follow up on payments.

Customer & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with customers and agents.

Liaise with customs/statutory authorities.

Communicate delivery issues proactively.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain sales records.

Prepare customer-wise reports.

Track sales vs budget.

Monitor freight and vision plan updates.
