1. Production Coordination

- Coordinate daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate shift-wise production planning.

2. Raw Material Coordination

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Store departments for timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels of maize, soybean meal, premix, oil, vitamins, minerals, and packing materials.
- Prevent production delays due to material shortages.

3. Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely loading and delivery of finished feed.
- Ensure dispatch schedules are followed.
- Verify dispatch documentation before vehicle movement.

4. Quality Coordination

- Coordinate with the Quality Control department for approval of raw materials and finished feed.
- Ensure production follows approved feed formulations.
- Monitor compliance with quality and biosecurity standards.

5. Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Report equipment issues immediately.




- Follow up to ensure timely repairs and minimum production loss.

6. Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain daily production reports.
- Prepare raw material consumption and finished goods reports.
- Monitor stock reconciliation.
- Maintain records of production, dispatch, downtime, and material movement.

7. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, HR, and Procurement departments.
- Conduct daily operational meetings when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between all departments.

8. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Promote positive housekeeping throughout the plant.
- Ensure workers use required PPE.
- Support internal and external audits.

9. Reporting

- Submit Daily Production Report (DPR).
- Submit daily dispatch and stock reports.
- Report operational issues and corrective actions to management.
- Maintain MIS reports as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
