Required Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronics, Software, Mechanical, Automation, or

related engineering disciplines.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

● Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term qualified relationships.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive local market development by building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships

with customers, partners, and system integrators.

● Identify, onboard, and develop recent customers, maintain an up-to-date customer database, and

consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

● Manage key customer accounts, understand customer requirements, and monitor competitor

strategies, pricing models, and market trends.

● Develop and execute sales and business development strategies in compliance with company





policies and applicable government regulations.

● Analyze existing and potential markets to identify new business opportunities, define targets,

and achieve revenue goals.

● Handle sales inquiries, customer orders, and complaints, and ensure all activities are accurately

recorded in the sales management / CRM system.

● Provide effective pre-sales and post-sales support, coordinating with internal technical and

delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Support marketing and branding initiatives, including participation in trade shows, industry

events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
