Experience

● 3–5 years of experience in Brand, Growth, or Performance Marketing.

● Prior experience in fintech, stock broking, trading, investing, or financial services is

preferred. Candidates with a strong understanding of the Indian stock market will be

given preference.

Your Role

● Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and

performance analysis.

● Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive user acquisition

and improve campaign performance.

● Develop marketing ideas and growth initiatives that increase app installs, registrations,

and revenue.

● Manage MarketWolf's social media strategy, content calendar, and organic growth.

● Write high-converting marketing copy for ads, social media, landing pages, push

notifications, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.

● Plan and execute influencer campaigns, partnerships, events, and brand activations.





● Work closely with Product, Design, and Performance teams to launch campaigns quickly

and efficiently.

● Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and continuously improve marketing

ROI.

What We're Looking For

● Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR,

CPC, CVR, attribution, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

● Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills.

● Ability to independently conceptualize and execute campaigns that deliver measurable

business growth.

● Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

● A proactive, data-driven marketer who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced

startup workplace.

● Basic understanding of options trading, equities, or financial markets.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
