Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for timely EMI collections.
- Visit customers in the assigned territory to recover overdue payments.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
- Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Credit Team regarding overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the assigned field area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
- Knowledge of the local language (Odia) is mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Field Operations.
- Experience in vehicle finance or three-wheeler finance will be an added advantage.
