Position: IT Support Executive

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Qualification: Bachelors / Diploma in IT, Computer Science

Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including ERP systems, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 Per Month

*Job Description:*

Provide support and maintenance for the company's ERP system, including user access management, troubleshooting, and coordination with ERP vendors.

Manage IT infrastructure across Head Office, plants, and warehouse locations, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking, hardware, and software systems.

Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support and resolve employee technical issues across all locations.

Maintain IT assets,



software licenses, backups, and ensure basic data security and network compliance.

Assist in evaluating and implementing new IT solutions to support business operations and ERP-driven transformation.

Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth functioning of technology systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
