Qualifications

- Experience in successful implementation of ERP in large/medium/small organizations
- Experience in Enterprise data security/Information security/IT Standards/Networking & Administration/Logistics & Planning/Accounting standards, system audit & compliance etc
- Experience in connecting various groups and departments through integration of legacy tools, development of customized/specific tools etc
- Experience in supporting the clients in integrating the ERP products into their organizations
- Should have good experience in ERP implementation meeting global standards in terms of – quality, cost and schedule
- Valuable experience in usage of latest tools & technologies
- Hands-on experience in configuration management/change management/customization/localization etc
- Proven experience of ERP implementation & support in the field of Aerospace,Defense, Automotive,Transportation , Energy and Industrial system domain
- Ability to work in large teams, across departments and groups
- Experience in integrating CAD/PDM/PLM/ERP/SCM tools
- Experience in Performance review & tuning
- Experience in right sizing of infrastructure & hardware for ERP implementation & support




- Experience in need/feasibility/system study analysis
- Exposure to industry standard verification & validation methods
- Hands-on experience in using ERP tools like SAP/my SAP/ PeopleSoft/ Microsoft dynamics/Customization tools (C, C++, VB+, Java, HTML etc)

- Excellent communication skills is necessary – interpersonal & customer related
- Good skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teams
- Ability to learn, improve and develop others in the Team
- 2-10 years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)
- Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
- Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etc
- Willingness to work anywhere in India and overseas
- Proven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantage
- Professionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
