Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual for the role of Motor Sales & Operations Executive/Manager. The candidate will handle motor insurance operations along with assisting in sales coordination and client servicing activities for both new and renewal business.

This role offers hands-on exposure to motor insurance processes, client coordination, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Motor Insurance Operations

- Support in retail and corporate motor sales & operations
- Coordinate with insurance companies for motor insurance quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
- Maintain client records, policy documentation, and renewal trackers
- Handle policy servicing and support for motor insurance claims coordination
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending documents and policy closures
- Prepare daily MIS reports and business updates
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all operational processes

Sales & Client Coordination

- Assist in generating leads through references and databases for both Retail & Corporate
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients regarding motor insurance requirements




- Support the sales in follow-ups and client communication
- Share quotations and explain basic policy features to clients
- Support in renewal retention and relationship management

Skills Required

- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Profile

- Graduate / B. Com / BBA / MBA in any stream
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance Sales & operations
- Experience or internship in insurance, BFSI, or sales operations is an added advantage

What This Role is NOT

- No pressure-based hard sales role
- Not target based sales
- Not limited to only backend operations
