Key Responsibilities of Admission Counselor

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with academic departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Telecaller

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Generate and qualify admission leads.
- Explain university courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.




- Achieve assigned enquiry generation and conversion targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred for Admission Counselor).
- 0–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Solid counselling and persuasion abilities.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
