Responsibilities:

- Special Projects
- IPO
- Private Equity
- Structured Debt / Equity raise
- Strategic partnerships / Joint Ventures
- End-to-end transaction management
- Financial modelling
- Deal structuring (commercial, tax, regulatory, legal, etc.)
- Working closely with investment bankers, tax / legal / other advisors
- Term sheet preparation & discussion
- Review of transaction documents (thorough commercial risk analysis)
- Negotiation & finalization of documents
- Deal Closing

- Locally based or native candidates preferred (Chennai / TN)
