About the Role

We are a growing accounting and business advisory firm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing books end-to-end, communicates confidently with clients, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries on Tally — sales, purchases, expenses, and reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and reconciliation statements using Excel
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders — explicit verbal and written communication required
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with auditors as needed
- Has good auditing skills.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / BBA or equivalent)
- Experience:



Minimum 2 years in a relevant accounting or finance role
- Software: Proficient in Tally ERP / TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel
- Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to Have

M.Com / MBA Finance · CA Inter / ICWA Inter · GST return filing experience · Knowledge of Zoho Books / QuickBooks · Multi-client / outsourcing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- CA-Inter (Preferred)
