Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Consultant (Application Support Consultant) to assist in day-to-day technical operations, coordination, and execution of digital platforms and data systems. The role involves supporting project tracking, data validation, reporting, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Coordination Support

- Provide operational support to technical and consulting teams
- Assist in planning, tracking, and follow-up of tasks and deliverables

2. Web & System Support

- Support day-to-day operations of web platforms and digital systems
- Assist in content updates, validation, and issue tracking

3. Data Coordination & Validation

- Compile, verify, and validate data from multiple sources
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets

4. Geo-Spatial & Field Coordination

- Coordinate with field teams for data collection and geo-tagging activities
- Consolidate and validate field-level inputs

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and progress updates
- Maintain organized records and documentation





6. Meeting & Stakeholder Support

- Assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and training sessions
- Prepare minutes of meetings and track action items

7. Quality Control & Issue Tracking

- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and delays in data or system updates
- Support issue tracking and resolution processes

8. Operational Support

- Provide on-ground and remote support during project execution
- Assist in ensuring smooth functioning of all operational activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support, operations, or coordination roles

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms)
- Familiarity with data handling, validation, and reporting
- Working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets (Excel, SQL basics)
- Understanding of issue tracking and project management tools (JIRA or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valuable coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
