Company Profile : Mazda Limited – Bcool Food Division is a growing FMCG company focused on expanding its retail and distribution network across multiple markets. The company deals in food products and is committed to building strong retailer relationships, efficient distribution, and market growth through skilled sales operations.

JD :

● Visit retail outlets as per assigned beat plan.
● Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
● Ensure product availability and visibility at outlets.
● Promote company schemes and new products.
● Conduct merchandising activities at retail counters.
● Monitor competitor activities and market feedback.




● Support distributor stock liquidation.
● Identify and add new retail outlets in the territory.
● Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and sales updates.
● Coordinate with distributors and internal sales team for smooth order execution.

Requisite Skills:

▪ Strong communication & retailer handling skills
▪ Basic sales and negotiation ability
▪ FMCG market understanding preferred
▪ Ability to work in field sales environment
▪ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Mobile Reporting
▪ Good relationship management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
