We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Survey Executive to identify new business opportunities in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for visiting newly developing construction sites, collecting project details, and building a database of architects, builders, contractors, and developers for future business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit newly developing residential and commercial construction sites on a daily basis. Identify upcoming construction projects and collect accurate project information. Meet architects, builders, contractors, developers, and site engineers to gather contact details. Maintain a daily record of site visits and leads generated. Share collected data with the sales/business development team. Build and maintain a solid database of architects, builders, and construction companies. Track new construction activities in the assigned territory.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with industry professionals. Candidate Requirements:
Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). 0-3 years of experience in field sales, field survey, construction, building materials, or related industries. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively for field work. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred. Preferred Industry:
