Job Description – Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

· Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Create functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.

· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication between technical and non-technical teams.

· Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,



or related field.

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools.

· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.

· Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

· Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.

· Experience working in IT or software development projects..
