Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate B.Tech graduates who are eager to build their careers in software development. As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced developers, and contribute to live client projects while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in structured technical training and development programs.
- Learn and implement programming concepts, frameworks, and development tools.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues under mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and project teams.
- Follow coding standards, development processes, and version control practices.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline).




- Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-out Batch) are encouraged to apply.
- Good academic background with a strong understanding of programming fundamentals.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB is an advantage.
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Git or version control is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to React.js, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, or any up-to-date web framework.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Internship or academic project experience in software development.
