- Handle inbound leads and client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand clients' travel or study requirements and recommend suitable visa services.
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service charges.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
