The Head of Maintenance will lead the overall maintenance function, ensuring high equipment availability, optimal performance, and continuous improvement across electrical and mechanical systems. The role is responsible for strategy, team leadership, budgeting, and implementation of best maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complete plant maintenance operations
- Develop long-term maintenance strategies and reliability programs
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, RCA)
- Manage maintenance budgets,



costs, and spare inventory
- Lead installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and management teams
- Develop and mentor maintenance team and supervisors

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 12–18 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial plant
- Solid leadership and plant maintenance management experience
- Expertise in automation, utilities, and reliability engineering

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
