Role Description

We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Lead to join us in a full time capacity at our on-site location in Jaipur. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity. You will manage multiple projects, oversee branding initiatives, and lead creative teams to produce innovative content and campaigns. Your role will include collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring high-quality storytelling, and driving creative ideation for digital and offline platforms.

Qualifications

- Min. 5 years of design experience with track record of leading a team
- Strong Creativity Skills and expertise in developing unigue innovative ideas
- Proficiency in craftina and executing Creative Strategies and Brandina activities
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with an ability to convey ideas effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing creative teams and projects
- Experience in animation, multimedia production, or branding is a plus




- Abilitv to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate across diverse teams
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
