- Requirement for one of Leading EPC Client for Electrical Design Engineer is expected to be adequately qualified.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering degree is a must. Any additional post graduate qualification or professional certification
- Will be preferred experience in detail design engineering consultancy is preferred. However, similar working experience in design side of technical services department of a Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertiliser / Chemical plant may also be considered.
Responsibility
- Designing and laying out new electrical systems
- Creating system models and simulations
- Testing recent systems and making design changes if needed
- Producing necessary design reports and documentation
- Prepares complex layouts, drawings and designs from specifications or drawings made by technicians, designers or technical professionals.
- Design Emergency system with generator sizing and emergency equipment selection Knowledge of grounding and bonding.
- Knowledge/experience of fault current calculation and selective coordination for overcurrent protective device with power software or manual calculations.
