ABOUT RENTOK

RentOk is India's renting superapp — a SaaS platform that helps PG owners, hostels, and co-living operators run their

entire rental business without daily chaos: rent collection, tenant management, complaint tracking, and digital

agreements, all in one app. We're building for the 15 million+ rental properties across India still run on WhatsApp groups

and paper registers.

ROLE SUMMARY

This is the front line of RentOk's growth. You'll be out in the field every day, meeting PG owners, hostel operators, and

co-living businesses, demoing the product, and closing deals that directly move the company's numbers. It's not a

back-office job — if you love talking to people, are great at convincing, and want to see the impact of your work in real

time, this role is built for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Go out and meet PG owners, hostel operators, and co-living businesses — introduce them to RentOk.
- Do at least 40 outbound calls and 1 live product demo per day.
- Comfortable with field work — minimum 4 in-person client meetings every week.
- Handle the top objections (“too expensive”, “we use Excel”, etc.) without help, and hold on to base pricing.
- Close subscription deals independently and clearly justify RentOk's ROI to a price-sensitive owner.




- Own an ambitious quarterly bed-acquisition target for your assigned territory — and beat it.
- Own the onboarding of every new client — make sure they actually start using the product.
- Keep your pipeline, calls, and demos updated daily in the CRM — zero missed follow-ups.
- Treat your revenue like it's your own business — if the pipeline is thin, go hunt more leads.

GROWTH PATH

Consistently hit your monthly revenue target for 3 straight months and clear the L1 skill bar (including a spotless CRM record) to move up to ASM / City Manager (L2).

MONTHLY FIXED SALARY - ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 / month + Travel Allowance

(Incentives when you hit target or over achieve)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
