SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Work Mode: In office
Internship duration: 06 months (Paid)
Permanent employment will be offered based on performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Applicants should be from West Bengal
- Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory.
- Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals
- Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
- Applicants should have good communication skill.
Responsibilities
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions
- Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.
- Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.
