Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs based on their interests, career goals, and eligibility. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with students while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide personalized admission guidance.
- Explain course details, university options, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements.




- Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application support.
- Follow up with prospective students to maintain engagement and improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual counselling and admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Prior experience in Education Counselling, Student Advisory, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred but not mandatory.
