Summary:

Scope of Work

The supplier shall provide Mechanical Engineering services, including:

- Design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and system layouts.

- Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Performance of engineering analyses such as thermal, structural, flow, and vibration analysis.

- Application of DFx, ergonomics, manufacturability, and safety principles.

- Support for tooling, fixtures, prototyping, testing, validation, and product release activities.

- Troubleshooting and resolution of design, manufacturing, and field-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers on product development, qualification, and engineering change activities.

- Support for project execution, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Deliverables

- 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings.

- Engineering analysis and validation reports.

- Product specifications and technical documentation.

- Prototype, test, and qualification reports.

- Design review presentations and engineering recommendations.

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action reports.

- Engineering change documentation (ECO/ECR).

- Manufacturing and assembly support documentation.

- Project status updates and milestone reports.
